3 Winning

If your bid is the highest when the auction ends, you'll win the auction.
Once you have won an auction, payment will be processed automatically. You will receive a notification via email.

2 Shopping

If you find an item you want, you can order it through FROM JAPAN.

3 Charge 1 (item price)

Please pay for the item cost.
Pay using a credit card, PayPal, or FJ Points.

4 Item's arrival to distribution center

Customers orders are received at FROM JAPAN's distribution center.

5 Shipping Instructions & Charge 2

Choose which items you would like to ship together and select a delivery address.
With the exception of certain items not supported by the system, shipping cost will be calculated automatically and Charge 2 will be available immediately.
Shipments are dispatched within 2 business days, excluding peak seasons.
