Chiaki Morisawa is a character from an app-based card collection game by Happy Elements called Ensemble Stars (abbreviated to AnSuta in Japanese). In Ensemble Stars, the students of Yumenosaki Academy are split up into 13 different male idol groups, called units. Chiaki, as captain of the basketball club, is an energetic and optimistic natural-born leader. He is a tall and athletic teenager with brown hair and eyes. At times Chiaki can be annoyingly enthusiastic but overall he is a good-natured and high-spirited upperclassman who thrives from within a team. He's very touchy-feely with his friends and admires superheroes.

Ensemble Stars (abbreviated to EnSta, or AnSuta in Japanese) is a multimedia project made by the company Happy Elements. It was first released as a smartphone app-based card collection game (or CCG) on Android's Google Play in April 2015, then on the iTunes iOS App Store the following May. A key feature of this simple CCG is that unlike many idol-themed games, it is not a rhythm game. Ensemble Stars is set in Yumenosaki Academy, a private school specializing in the training of male idols, where you are a transfer student as well as the only female student in the school. Even so, you are chosen to be the very first student of the "producer course," where your task is to catapult your male schoolmates into stardom.
Chiaki's birthday is in autumn which is very fitting, since the kanji that makes up his name translates to "a thousand autumns." His fondness for red clothes adds another connection with the fall season. The color red also intersects with his love of superheroes. Chiaki also loves reading and makes it a habit to read in bed before falling asleep. He's known for being very passionate, reliable, and just. He always does his absolute best and those around him can feel the intensity of his energy.
