Individuals who accept these Terms and Conditions and apply for membership will become a member on completion of the required registration formalities, which must be completed by the member himself or herself. Acting on behalf of a third party is not permitted. Application requests from those who have been disqualified before or are not deemed to meet membership requirements may be refused.

12.If members use our service to buy "web money", we will also charge you 5% extra fee.
13.Because the fraud usage of credit card is increasing,we will inquire an authorization number from members if we receive a request from our credit card company. The card holder can get that number simply only if contact the credit card company. Please note that we will dispose of the item without notice if we cannot receive a correct authorization number within 10 days.
14.In different countries import restrictions may exist.Please contact your country's relevant department for details before you make a purchase via our service. Please note we are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these terms. In such a case,we are not able to cancel your orde as well.
15.From December 2009, Japan made some changes for the shipping regulations for the items containing lithium battery, so all the lithium batteries cannot be shipped out of Japan directly. If you have bought the items containing lithium battery, we need to take the battery out before shipping for you. The lithium batteries taken out from the items will be dispoed of directly if members don't have special instructions.
16.When release deposit or issue refund for the payment of charge 1 and charge 2 paid by credit card or PayPal, we are not responsible for the balance incurred by the fluctuations in foreign exchange rate.
17.After bidding on a Yahoo auction item, even if you received the notification that you failed the bid, there is still a possibility to win that item finally due to the changes between the seller and the winner. In this case, member is required to buy the item at the final winning bid.
18.Due to the needs of financial management, we will keep the bill, receipt or voucher issued by the seller and don't provide them to members. 19.When packing your item(s), we will use new cardboard box which costs 500 yen if we don't have appropriate used box. This fee will be charged at charge 2 payment as excess charge.

21.Charge 2 payment form will be available for one week. If you don't make the payment in the stated period, we reserve the right to deduct the payment from your card directly or dispose of your item(s).
22.In case we purchased incorrect item(s) by mistake, we refund charge 1 and charge 2 payment. If the item(s) have been delivered to you already, we will compensate the overseas shipping when returning the item(s) back to Japan and convert that to member's account as FJ points. Please note that we don't compensate other expenses incurred.
23.Items will be packed and handled as to FROMJAPAN's regulations. We don't accept the detailed packing instructions for every single item.
24.Members are recommended to provide the correct Item name, Item picture and Individual item URL, and these 3 descriptions should be identical to each other. We are not responsible in case we bought the incorrect item(s) due to the description shortage or the description discrepancy.
25.Please note that we don’t offer the proxy shopping service for ADULT GOODS. If you are not sure whether your desired item(s) belongs to adult goods,please be sure to contact us in advance. We reserve the right to explain and dispose for these order(s) and don’t refund for the order(s) submitted without prior confirmation.
26.Regarding the orders that need to be paid at the convenience store or post office, additional 1000 yen commission fee will apply. If you have any questions on this matter, please be sure to contact us before bidding or paying the charge 1 payment.
27.If members want to change the shipment after receiving the charge 2 payment form, extra 2000 yen repacking fee is required.
28.We have 3 Yahoo Japan auctions IDs bidderfromjapan, buytheall and aomi2011. When the default ID bidderfromjapan is being used by our member or there are problems with the system of Yahoo Japan auctions, our real time bidding system will change to use another ID to bid automatically. Please note that the items won under different IDs cannot be combined even if they are from same seller and won on the same day.

Article 9：（Prohibitions）

When using this service, the following is prohibited:
Violation of laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, or Cautionary Notes;
Infringement of our rights, good name, or of the Sellers or any third party;
Actions that could cause harm to the body and mind of adolescents or violate public morals;
Actions impeding other users or any third party or actions that are offensive;
Relay of false information;
Sending or writing harmful programs or e-mails;
Illegally breaking into our server or other computers;
Lending or transferring user IDs or passwords to others or using these for third parties.

Additional terms & conditions:
Without our prior written consent and/or the government regulated permission such as non-applicable certificate for national safety and security control (parameter sheet to prove non-ammunition/weapon related item) in case it is required by Japan law and/ or by your country law、the products sold, services and information provided by us through our transaction shall be neither used for any purposes to be prohibited by the said law(s) nor re-exported to any other countries to be restricted export thereby.

5.We provide information about translation websites for the convenience of customers. We do not, however, guarantee the accuracy of translations and cannot be held responsible for loss incurred as a result of inaccurate translations.?

Article 14：（Service interruption and suspension）

In order to provide a high level of service to customers, we may discontinue or amend all or part of the service without prior notice when we are performing periodical maintenance, when the system is overloaded, when we think there are some problems in the service operation, when it is necessary to ensure the privacy of members, or when it is otherwise necessary. Article 1：（Objective）

1.These Terms and Conditions stipulate the terms and conditions pertaining to the FROMJAPAN Points Service ("the Service") provided by FROMJAPAN LIMITED ("FROMJAPAN") to Members that have completed Membership registration ("Member") according to the FROMJAPAN Membership Terms and Conditions ("Membership Terms and Conditions").
2.Particulars regarding the Service not stipulated herein shall be governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions.

Article 2：（Award of Points）

1.FROMJAPAN shall award FROMJAPAN points ("Points") to Members when they have used its Web site service or in other cases that FROMJAPAN deems appropriate.
2.FROMJAPAN shall determine the Web sites, services and transactions for which Points are awarded ("Eligible Transactions"), the rate at which Points are awarded and all other conditions regarding the award of Points. Whether Points are awarded, the rate at which they are awarded and the period of validity may depend on the type of transaction and/or services used.
3.Points shall be awarded a certain amount of time following Eligible Transactions, which is to be determined by FROMJAPAN. In the event that FROMJAPAN confirms that a bid has been withdrawn or goods have been returned for an eligible transaction within this period, Points shall not be awarded. In the event that there has been an amendment in the price related to an eligible transaction, Points shall be awarded according to the price after the amendment.
4.All final decisions regarding the award of Points, including whether Points are awarded for a particular transaction, and the number of Points awarded shall be made by FROMJAPAN. Members shall abide by all such decisions.

Article 3：（Administration of Points）

1.FROMJAPAN shall notify Members, by a method of its designation, the number of Points they have been awarded, the number they have used and their remaining balance of Points.
2.Members shall notify FROMJAPAN immediately if they dispute any of the totals in the preceding clause herein and provide an explanation for the reason.
3.All final decisions regarding Points totals in clause 1 herein shall be made by FROMJAPAN and all Members shall abide by such decisions.

Article 4：（Prohibition of Aggregation and Multiple Registrations）

1.Members may not transfer or pledge Points acquired to other Members, neither may Points be held jointly among Members.
2.In the case that a Member has made multiple registrations, Points held under separate registrations may not be combined.

Article 5：（Cancellation or Annulment of Points）

1.FROMJAPAN may cancel Points awarded following Eligible Transactions in the event that a bid has been withdrawn, goods have been returned or in other cases that FROMJAPAN deems appropriate.
2. FROMJAPAN may cancel some or all Points held by a Member without prior notification should it deem that any of the following apply:
(1)The Member has committed an illegal or fraudulent act.
(2)The Member has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Membership Terms and Conditions or other conditions or rules stipulated by FROMJAPAN.
(3)In other cases where the company deems it appropriate to cancel Points awarded to the Member.
3.All Points awarded shall be automatically canceled in the event that no Eligible Transactions are made within a period (1 year) specified by FROMJAPAN.
4.FROMJAPAN shall neither indemnify Members nor take responsibility for the cancellation or annulment of Points.

Article 6：（Use of Points for Payment）

1.Members may use Points acquired for whole or partial payment of charge 1 (including for the final winning price, standard delivery charge, commission payable to FROMJAPAN.CO.JP and bank transfer commission) and charge 2 (including for oversea shipping,Excess charge, Surcharge of 5000yen) for products purchased on Web sites designated by FROMJAPAN. CO.JP The methods and rates of redemption shall be determined by FROMJAPAN.CO.JP
2.FROMJAPAN may restrict the scope of the services and products for which Points in the preceding clause herein can be used or impose other conditions on the use of Points.
3.Under normal circumstances, in the event that a Member cancels purchases in clause 1 herein for which Points have been used, such Points shall be returned to the Member. On no account shall refunds be made in cash.
4.In the case that a Member has used Points for the whole or partial payment for a purchase and subsequently the total charge is reduced for whatever reason, Points shall be returned to the Member in accordance with the preceding clause.

Article 7：（Accidents）

FROMJAPAN shall neither take responsibility nor refund Points in the event of delay, loss, theft, damage, breakage or other accidents associated with products purchased using Points as stated in Article 6 herein, arising either during shipment or after delivery, except in cases where such accidents are the responsibility of FROMJAPAN.


Article 8：（Cancellation of Points After Use）

In the event that Points are canceled for reasons stated in Article 5, Clause 1 or Clause 2 following a purchase for which Points are used as stated in article 6, the transaction for which Points were used ("Points Transaction") may be canceled or be put on hold. In cases where the Points Transaction has already been carried out or is about to be carried out, the Member shall pay FROMJAPAN immediately in cash or by another method specified by FROMJAPAN the balance due arising from the cancellation of Points.


Article 9：（Cash Redemption）

Under no circumstances may a Member redeem Points for cash.


Article 10：（Use by Third Parties）

1.Points shall be used only by Members themselves and not by any third party.
2.The user shall be deemed to be the Member with the corresponding user ID and password if when Points are used, FROMJAPAN confirms by a method it stipulates that both match with those registered. FROMJAPAN shall neither refund Points used nor take responsibility for damage sustained to the Member even in cases of fraudulent use by a third party.

Article 11：（Taxes and Expenses）

1.The Member is responsible for payment of all taxes and incidental expenses arising from the acquisition or use of Points.
2.All the consumption tax occurred when you use our service won't be refunded.

Article 12：（Loss and Suspension of Membership Status）

Upon loss of Membership status, Members shall forfeit all Points held, conversion privileges and all other rights associated with use of the Service. Members shall not be eligible to submit any claim whatsoever to FROMJAPAN from loss of Membership status.


Article 13：（Disclaimer）

FROMJAPAN shall take the utmost care in the operation of the Service in light of the current level of technology. However, it does not guarantee the absence of problems. FROMJAPAN shall not take responsibility for damage resulting from system interruption, delay, discontinuation or data loss arising from communication link or computer problems; damage resulting from fraudulent access to data or other damage sustained to Members in connection with the Service.


Article 14：（Changes to the Service）

1.FROMJAPAN may, without prior notification to Members, amend these Terms and Conditions and the details and conditions of the Service (including but not limited to discontinuation of Points, suspension of the provision of Points, changes in the scope of Web sites and transactions for which Points are awarded and amendments to the rate at which Points are awarded or used) or discontinue or suspend the Service completely. Members shall acknowledge that FROMJAPAN possesses such rights.
2.FROMJAPAN shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for inconvenience or damage to Members resulting from amendments outlined in the preceding clause herein.
