FROM JAPAN® LTD houses a self-contained real time bidding system where ANYONE can sign up for a FROM JAPAN® LTD account and bid on their own in real-time inside of Yahoo® JAPAN and Bidders® Auction house without the need for a User ID from either Yahoo® JAPAN or Bidders®. Here's how it works:

1. Find the item you are looking for using our very own “Find it for me” service or Search for items using Yahoo® JAPAN / Bidders®.

2. Once the item has been found using the “Find it for me” or while browsing the auctions, add the required deposit amount to your account using VISA, MC, or PayPal.

3. After your bid is successful, you will be required to pay for your item. (If no payment is received within 48 hours of your winning bid your deposit will be automatically used to pay for your item)

4. After your payment is confirm you will be directed to the shipping options page where you can choose your desired method of shipping from the seller in Japan to our office in Tokyo, Japan.

5. We will contact the seller with the shipping option(s) you have chosen and have the seller ship the item(s) to our office in Tokyo, Japan (this will show in your account as “Charge 1”)

6. Once the item arrives to our office, we will notify you with the shipping options available to your home country from Tokyo, Japan. At this point, you have two options to help you decide.
First option; you can choose to use our “Combine shipping” service and save on shipping by combining all your bid items in one box (free of charge to all FJP members).
Second option: if you have only one item you shipping and handling will be calculated at this time and you can make your final payment at this point. Both of these shipping options will show in your account as “Charge 2”.

7. Once your shipping payment as been confirmed and your item(s) is/are ready for shipping you will be notified with the Tracking number(s) if available. Please note; all items ship within two business days or less from our office in Tokyo, Japan.

8. If your bid was unsuccessful, you will be notified by email and on your account. For your convenience, your deposit will be available for you to continue bidding for up to 20 days. After the initial 20 days any amount remaining on your deposit will be automatically refunded to you, at which point you will need to add a new deposit to continue bidding. If you prefer to have your bid refunded prior to 20 days, please follow these steps 1. Log in to your account 2. Click on the “Process refund” button and your refund will be sent to your Visa, MC, or PayPal Account. Refunds will take approximately 2-3 business days, but may take longer depending on your financial institution, if you have paid via a bank transfer please let us know so that we can take the necessary steps to apply the refund to your account by contacting us directly.

Ever wanted to get a one of a kind item from Japan, but cannot read Japanese or have no idea where to start? NO need to worry! We are right here for you, just follow these easy steps:

1. You can use our handy “Japan only Search engine” to search for the items you desire, or the super friendly “Find it for me” service staff that will do the work for you, both of which are free to our members.

2. Once we/you found the item, we will confirm the price of the item with you. Once you have accepted the price of the item you will be prompted with shipping options from the seller's location in Japan to our office in Tokyo, Japan. You will then be asked to make a deposit for the item, and the item will be shipped to your door from our office in Tokyo, Japan. (This will be shown in your account as “Charge 1”)

3. When the item arrives in our office, we will notify you by email and in your FJP account. Follow the directions on the email that you receive where you will be asked for your preferred method of shipping from our office in Tokyo, Japan to your home country. If you have only one item you will be required to pay for the shipping at this time, if you are using the “Combine shipping” service your shipping charge will be calculated once all items are ready to ship (you can choose your shipping method at that time as well) either of this shipping charges will show in your account as “Charge 2”

4. Once your shipping payment as been confirmed and your item(s) is/are ready for shipping you will be notified with the Tracking number(s) if available. Please note all items ship within two business days or less from our office in Tokyo.
