I want to shop from Japanese sites without a plan fee!

We've made our Basic Forwarding Plan free for three of our most popular sites!

You no longer pay a plan fee for Basic Forwarding orders from the following three sites:

  • Amazon

  • Rakuten Ichiba

  • ZOZOTOWN

When you use FROM JAPAN to buy items from these sites, you only pay the item price + shipping*!

  • As with all orders, you will be charged for any domestic shipping fees or payment fees incurred.
  • This change applies to orders placed after 11:00 (JST) on December 4, 2017.
  • Applies to items from the Rakuten Ichiba main site (www.rakuten.co.jp).

I want to use Small Packet for more shipments!

We changed the rules to let you use Small Packet shipping for more of your purchases.

We've increased the maximum value limit to make more items eligible for Small Packet shipping. You can now use Small Packet to send the following items:

Before the update:
Basic Forwarding Plan items totaling under 6,000 yen

After the update:
Basic Forwarding Plan items totaling under 30,000 yen

You now have more choices than ever for shipping your items from Japan to your door.
Depending on your country or region and the items being shipped, Small Packet shipping can get you a better deal on international shipping, so make sure you take advantage of this opportunity.

  • Shipment groups that include Buyer Protection Plan items are not eligible for Small Packet shipping.
  • Small Packet shipping does not include a tracking service. Please be aware that we are not able to trace unregistered Small Packet shipments even if requested. (Customers who wish to add a tracking number to their Small Packet shipment may select the Tracking Service for an additional 410 yen)
  • This change will apply to all Charge 2 invoices sent out after October 25, 2017 at 12:00 (JST).

Please reduce the plan fees when buying from the same Yahoo! Auctions seller!

We've changed our Yahoo! Auctions fee policy.

When you win multiple items from the same seller in one day (between 18:00 and 17:59), you only pay the plan fee once, making it easier and cheaper to score a deal on Yahoo! Auctions!

  • Only items covered by the Buyer Protection Plan will be eligible for compensation in case of damage or loss.
  • If multiple items are purchased under different plans, the higher fee (i.e. the Buyer Protection Plan fee) will be charged.
  • One Yahoo! Auctions day is the 24-hour span from 18:00 to 17:59 the following day.
  • 18:00
  • 00:00
  • 17:59

Combining multiple items for international shipping is now free! This means you can save on shipping by consolidating multiple orders into one shipment.
You can freely combine items for international shipping whether you shop from auctions or shopping sites, and regardless of your chosen plan.
