A Note about the combination of domestic delivery fee and bank transfer

In addition, if some of your items end(s) in the morning and the rest end(s) in the evening of the same day, normally we don't combine the shipment for them even if they are from same seller. If you want to combine such items into one shipment, please be sure to inform us after winning the item(s) ending in the morning.

We have 3 Yahoo Japan auctions IDs bidderfromjapan, buytheall and aomi2011. When the default ID bidderfromjapan is being used by our member or there are problems with the system of Yahoo Japan auctions, our real time bidding system will change to use another ID to bid automatically. Please note that the items won under different IDs cannot be combined even if they are from same seller and won on the same day.

A note to the members who wish to purchase inflammable and explosive materials:

Due to restrictions on shipping the inflammable and explosive materials, Japan Post and FedEx don't ship the items that contain alcohol and other inflammable and explosive materials out of Japan. Please do not purchase PERFUME and other inflammable and explosive materials. In case such items are purchased and sent to our office, we will dispose of them without compensation or refund.

A note to bidders who wish to purchase the items containing lithium battery:

From December 2009, Japan made some changes for the shipping regulations for the items containing lithium battery, so all the lithium batteries cannot be shipped out of Japan directly. If you have bought the items containing lithium battery, we need to take the battery out before shipping for you. The lithium batteries taken out from the items will be dispoed of directly if members don't have special instructions.

A note to bidders who wish to purchase “OVERSIZE ITEMS” such as car parts (doors, hoods, windshields, body kits):

An additional S/H charge of 5,000 yen will be applied to items that are considered "Oversize" such as Car Seats, Motorcycle Seats, Child Car Seats, Rims, Tires, Bumpers, Suspension Kits, Mufflers, Furniture, Bicycle etc. Feel free to ask us if an item(s) could be considered “Oversize” and we will be happy to tell you before you bid on the item(s).

A note about “Fraudulent Transactions”:

We are not liable for “Fraudulent Transactions” in cases where the item as been won and the money has been received by the seller, but the item was never received by us. We will not charge our commission in this cases, but you will be liable to pay the charges as you would have won the item plus a System usage fee of 5% PLEASE SEE OUR “CAUTION NOTES ABOUT BIDDING” before you bid on an item.

A note to bidders who wish to send items to Japan local address:

If members want to send the items to Japan local address,5% of the whole amount will be charged as extra fee. If members can provide us the original label of the overseas shipment within 3 months, we will refund same amount FJ point to your account.
